Wow! To say I was blown away and amazed is an understatement. Wisconsin Bride Magazine has a “Best Of” awards ceremony each year where they highlight some of the stand outs of the year but the greatest part is that it is voted on by your peers. The have awards for best photography, best destination venue, best catering, best event design (… which we’ve won now twice… but who’s counting), etc. The top award of the evening used to be entitled Top of the Tiara. This is the vendor that is selected by their peers as a stand out for their overall influence and work.

This year the lovely ladies at Events to a T styled the day and invited everyone from the state to celebrate at The Pritzlaff. It was absolutely stunning! We were nominated for Top Planner for the second year and were truly just excited to attend. Fun fact I have attended almost every single year since starting our business and not because I had any expectations to win something but because I support our industry. I always had an amazing time rooting on those vendors that we draw inspiration from, from those we look up to, and that we work with on a regular basis. It’s a chance to let people know you appreciate them and have some one on one time to connect.

This year I brought along five our team members to relax, mingle, and enjoy a fun evening out. Never did I think we would come home with the Best Of award. Truly I was cheering everyone on, enjoying champagne, and being silly with the ladies I almost missed the announcement. The very last award of the evening was entitled “Best Overall Vendor” which seems wild…

You guys I lost it. I was in total shock. Awkward as ever I wandered up in complete disbelief. I love all of our fellow vendors and I was stunned. Thank you to anyone and all who might have voted. To say that I was blown away grateful is a wild understatement. Now… lets live up to it. That was the task for 2023 and we will continue to do our very very best to perform at that highest level.
